Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved especially for you and we do understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling of appointments that are made in advance. We charge a 20% fee for cancellations and a 50% fee for no-show appointments.
- There will be a 20% charge for appointments that are made in advance, which are canceled on the same day of the scheduled appointment. Since we do confirmations calls the day before and there is an adequate amount of opportunities to cancel your appointment.
- Appointments that are made on the day of service via phone call or walk-in, we request at least an hour notice before the scheduled appointment to avoid the 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be a 50% charge from the services that is scheduled for no-show appointments. This charge policy will apply after 20 minutes from the expected time of your appointment. We do call at least 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment to see where you will be.
Please do understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Therefore, clients on our waiting list misses the opportunity to receive services. If you are running late please do understand that your scheduled service may not be upheld because we may have another appointment after your schedule.
